Enter your number, get the OTP, and fill in your personal info.
Upload a valid ID and a clear selfie.
Wait for confirmation SMS.
Smart SIM Registration:
Go to Smart Registration Page.
Enter your number, get OTP, and complete your info.
Upload ID and selfie, then submit.
Confirmation SMS indicates success.
Accepted IDs: Passport, Driver’s License, Voter’s ID, National ID, PRC ID, SSS/GSIS, School/Company ID, Senior/PWD ID.
Tips:
Ensure a stable internet connection.
Keep photos clear and under 5MB.
Update info via provider’s support if needed.
Don’t Register? Your SIM could be deactivated, losing calls, texts, and internet access.
