How to get Roku Internet Browser?
Hello Mahi,
Roku doesn't come with a built-in internet browser like traditional smart TVs, but there are a few workarounds you can use to browse the web:
1. Use Web Browser X (Limited Option)
You can install Web Browser X from the Roku Channel Store, but note:
It has a very basic interface.
Websites may not display properly.
It’s good for checking headlines or simple pages but not ideal for full web browsing.
2. Cast a Browser from Your Phone or PC
If you want a better browsing experience:
Use screen mirroring from an Android device or cast from Windows PC.
Make sure screen mirroring is enabled on Roku (Settings > System > Screen Mirroring).
On your phone/PC, select Roku from the cast/mirror options.
Open Chrome, Safari, or any browser on your device and it will show on your Roku screen.
